ADKO was engaged to renew the roof at this prominent commercial property on Oxford Street, Sydney, by one of their long-term strata companies. The project involved not only a full roof renewal but also a complete redesign of the roof drainage layout, increasing drainage capabilities with upgraded aerial stormwater lines, new box gutters, and additional exterior drainage discharging to the rear laneway.
The project required extensive coordination including RMS permits for a night-time crane lift to close Oxford Street, scaffolding at the rear requiring access agreements with multiple commercial and residential tenants, and maintaining a leak-free roof throughout the entire construction process for the high-profile active tenancy below.
