Residential Tile Roof Renewal — Lavender Bay
This project was carried out for a residential client in Lavender Bay who had just completed a full interior renovation of their home. They were engaged by their interior designer to bring life back to their roof as well, to complement the newly renovated interior.
Access was challenging, requiring a tile lift to safely get the tiles up onto the roof. Safety measures including handrails at the front of the roof were also established. Since completing the work, ADKO provided the client with a leak-free solution and they were very satisfied with the result.
