Residential Roof Renewal — McMahons Point
This job was carried out for a residential client whose existing roof had various signs of rust along with extremely poor flashing detail, particularly around the sky lines. This was causing multiple locations of water ingress throughout the property. The limited access to this area, combined with the high pitch of the roof, meant that many roofers the client had approached prior to calling ADKO were not interested in providing a quote.
ADKO carried out the work safely, completing the project in two weeks. The client has had no roof leaks since the job was completed.
