Full Roof Replacement — Erskineville
This project was completed in Erskineville for one of ADKO's long-term real estate clients. The client was preparing to sell the property and had multiple issues with existing roof leaks, so they engaged ADKO to install a new roof along with all flashing details.
ADKO ensured full compliance by installing continuous full-length sheets — avoiding the non-compliant overlapping method common in this area that causes capillary action, rust, and ongoing leaks. The sheets, almost 15 metres long, were walked down from the top of the street with the assistance of traffic control due to the narrow Erskineville laneways.

What ADKO do is make sure the newly installed roof is compliant by installing either a full-length sheet or applying a step-down. In this instance we went through all different measures to be able to install full-length sheets.
